The majority of our orders ship within 24 hours, six days a week.
NOTE: If your order includes pre-order items (items not yet released) the order will ship when the
complete order is in-stock and available to ship. Our site lists all the items we have for sale, including
items listed 2-3 months in advance of release. If your order includes a mix of in-stock and pre-order items
and you would like multiple shipments, place a separate order for the in-stock items and a separate order
for pre-orders. (All pre-orders are listed with release dates, if no release date is included the item is in
stock).
How do I receive free shipping?
All orders over $40.00 (not including any applicable sales tax) are shipped FREE for all U.S. domestic
orders with our standard Media Mail shipping. At checkout the default shipping selection is "Standard"
which is for the free Media Mail shipping, so please make sure to select "Standard" shipping when
checking out for the free shipping.
If your order includes in-stock items with pre-release items, the order will ship when all items are available.

What is the shipping charge if my order does not qualify for free shipping?
We have one simple, flat rate charge of $4.99 for all U.S. orders under $40.00 with the "Standard" Media
Mail shipping or $5.29 - $5.49 for "Priority Mail", regardless of how many items are included in your order.
How do I place an order with Visioncomix?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed through
PayPal's secure, encrytped site so your transaction is secure and protected. You do not need to sign up
for PayPal to use our payment system, though if you do have an existing PayPal account, you can use
your PayPal balance or bank transfer for payments to Visioncomix.
Can I place an offline order?
We do not take credit card payments over the phone, only online through PayPal for reasons of credit
card security. You may also make payment with Money Order or personal check. We hold personal
checks 10 business days before shipping to ensure the check clears your bank. To place an offline
order, simply email your order directly to us at orders@visioncomix.com.
What are special orders?
Special orders are items that we do not routinely keep in-stock, but that we custom order specifically for
you. Once you place your order for the item, we order it from the distributor and can typically ship to you
within 2-3 weeks. We offer special reduced pricing on all special order products.
I can't find the product I am looking for on your site? Do you stock it?
We are planning on expanding our website to a database environment that can store more products, but
our current technology limits the amount of products we can quickly update and offer. However, we can
custom order any item from the publisher for you at a minimum of 20% off. Simply contact us and let us
know the item you are looking for, and we will quickly let you know the discount price and availability.
Do you have a storefront retail shop?
We are an online only store, though we are considering opening a physical storefront in San Francisco,
in the future.
How does Visioncomix protect my Privacy?
We do not share your information with anyone, nor will we do so in the future. Your privacy and security
on our site is of the highest priority for us.
