How do I receive free shipping?
All orders over $40.00 (not including any applicable sales tax) are shipped FREE for all U.S. domestic
orders with our standard Media Mail shipping. At checkout the default shipping selection is "Standard"
which is for the free Media Mail shipping. If you want your items shipped with a more rapid shipping method,
you can select "Priority" shipping at checkout which upgrades your shipment to Priority Mail for $5.49 for
orders under $40.00 or $6.49 for orders over $40.00. Free shipping applies only to US customers.

If your order includes in-stock items with pre-release items, the order will ship when all items are available.
For example, if you order includes any item released in three weeks from today, the entire order will ship in
three weeks when all are available. We suggest to place separate orders for in-stock and pre-release
items if you want to receive your items as fast as possible.

What is the shipping charge if my order does not qualify for free shipping?
We have one simple, flat rate charge of $4.99 for all U.S. orders under $40.00 with the "Standard" Media
Mail shipping or $5.49 for Priority Mail, regardless of how many items are included in your order. Non-U.S.
customers, please see below for shipping information.

How do you ship your items?
Orders with "Standard" shipping selected at checkout ship with USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation
to provide tracking on your shipment. Typically Media Mail shipments will arrive within 5 to 9 business days
from the mailing date, though delivery times may be longer during Holidays or other peak mailing periods.

Orders with "Priority" shipping selected at checkout ship with USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
to provide tracking on your shipment. Typically Media Mail shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 business days
from the mailing date.

With every shipment an automatic email is generated with your shipment information, which can also be
found by logging in to your PayPal account and checking the Order Status column.

How soon does my order ship?
The majority of our orders ship within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If your order shipment includes items
pre-ordered (not yet released) the order will ship when all items in the order are released and available to
ship.

How can I tell my order has shipped?
You will receive an automatic email when the shipment is processed which will include the shipment details
and tracking link. This email is automatically generated from <service@paypal.com> and can be mistaken
for unsolicited spam so please look for an email from this address with the subject:
"Your purchase will be shipped by PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service".

If you created a PayPal account or used an existing PayPal account for this order, you can also check your
order status by logging in to your PayPal account. Our shipping is integrated with the United States Postal
Service (USPS) and PayPal, so when your order ships a "Track Your Package" link with the order shipment
information will be available in your account.

When do pre-orders ship?
We ship all pre-orders within 1-2 business days of the product release dates. If you have combined a
pre-order with an in-stock product, we will wait until the pre-order arrives and send the items in one
shipment. If you would like to have in-stock items shipped separately from your pre-orders, separate
shipping charges will apply.

How does Visioncomix pack my order so it is safe?
We pack all orders in sturdy corrugated boxes with the items wrapped inside the box to keep edges secure.
All comic books are bagged and boarded for extra protection.

How do I insure my shipment?
Insurance is available at a rate of $1.50 for every $50.00 in items purchased. For example:
Purchases $1.00 -$50.00: Insurance $1.50
Purchases $51.00 -$100.00: Insurance $3.00
Purchases $101.00 -$150.00: Insurance $4.50
Purchases $151.00 -$200.00: Insurance $6.00
To add Insurance to your shipment, simply add the appropriate level of Insurance by adding to the cart in
multiples of $50.00 Insurance.
